ABOUT SYSTEMATIC-ISH

Hi, I'm Amy!

I've spent my career working at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience. And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that even the best technology can fail when the processes and people behind it aren't aligned.

I've led teams, rebuilt workflows, consolidated disconnected systems, implemented CRM platforms, and helped organizations navigate the sometimes messy reality of change.

I've also seen what happens when businesses invest in technology before fully understanding the problems they're trying to solve.

Spoiler alert: It usually gets expensive.

My background spans customer experience, business operations, systems strategy, and organizational transformation, with deep roots in the automotive aftermarket.

But the challenges I've spent my career solving aren't unique to one industry.

Disconnected systems, unreliable data, inefficient processes, and frustrated employees exist everywhere.

And solving those problems? That's the stuff I love.

Big picture thinking. Roll up your sleeves execution.

I started Systematic-ish because I've seen what happens when businesses outgrow their systems, processes, and ways of working.

With experience leading customer experience, operations, technology, and transformation initiatives, I bring a practical approach to complicated challenges.

I'm not here to sell you a shiny new tool just because it's shiny. I'm here to help you figure out what makes sense, what needs to change, and how to make it work in the real world.

Because business doesn't have to be perfect to be better. It just has to keep moving forward.

MEET THE PERSON BEHIND THE ISH

WHY SYSTEMATIC-ISH?

Because business transformation isn't always pretty.

Sometimes the data is a disaster. Sometimes the process only makes sense to the person who created it. And sometimes the technology is doing exactly what it was configured to do, which unfortunately isn't what anyone actually needs.

We bring structure to the chaos without pretending everything has to be perfect.

The goal isn't complicated technology.

It's a business that works better.

A LITTLE STRATEGY. A LITTLE PERSONALITY. A LOT OF PROBLEM SOLVING.

We believe in asking the tough questions, challenging the status quo, and finding practical solutions that make a measurable difference.

No unnecessary complexity. No technology for technology's sake. And definitely no pretending that every business fits into the same box.

Just thoughtful strategy, practical execution, and a little fun along the way.

LET'S FIGURE IT OUT TOGETHER

Have a challenge you can't quite untangle?

I'd love to hear about it.
